Hi, I'm Kay.

I am a certified yoga and movement teacher with training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Animal Flow, and meditation.

My teaching style is intuitive, grounding, and breath-centered. I believe yoga is not about how a pose looks — it’s about how it feels in your body and your life.
